Our menus convey a similar environment in delivering fresh, exciting, approachable flavors in each item of International Cuisine. Our chefs Andrew & Thierry offer a platform of flavor notes that captures bright elements in each ingredient. The Chef’s menus offer distinctive flavor profiles with the essentials of true traditional accountability. The executive chef’s mindset is simple; 1) begin with the introduction of fresh sustainable products 2) then a marriage by keeping factual flavor components, 3) finally, present a memorable dining experience!
Our very wide selection of wines is presented through approachable offerings of New World and Old World varietals.
We also host a collection of special events; bridal, rehearsal, birthdays, or business. We are happy to extend our menus or to provide you with a selection that best fits your vision.
Our Restaurant opening hours:
Breakfast: 7.30 – 9.30 am (daily)
Lunch: Saturdays and Sundays 12.00 – 16.00 pm
Dinner: 6.00 – 9.00 pm (daily with the exception of Wednesday)
Lounge bar
The Ocean Bar and Lounge provides a wide panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea and the Islands Capital while offering special drinks such as our signature cocktails, the extensive gin & tonic menu and the special single malt collection. This is the ultimate place to have that real Caribbean feeling!
Relax on our comfortable lounge and enjoy one of Saba’s best views of the Caribbean Sea or just mingle with other guests. It is also possible to enjoy our weekend lunch or daily dinner in the comfort of our lounge.
The lounge bar is open daily from 2 PM until 10 PM (with the exception of Wednesday).
